Sound healing with Biofield Tuning was the beginning of me taking my healing journey seriously. It completely changed how I saw myself and what I could achieve. For so long, I felt caged by looping emotions and reactionary responses from early programming and traumas. These patterns not only hurt my relationships but also manifested as physical pain, keeping me from experiencing the freedom and empowerment I longed for.

Using therapeutic-grade tuning forks, I worked on my electric health, recalibrated my adrenal rhythms after decades of imbalance, and created the space I needed to get enough clarity to finally step into my purpose and express my true authenticity. This journey wasn’t just about physical healing; it was about embracing my whole self, overcoming the fear of taking up space, being seen, and speaking my truth.

As I healed, I explored other transformative modalities like Human Design, Mindset Coaching, Objective Manifestation, Trauma Release, Energy Medicine, Yoga, Tapping, and Spinal Energetics. Each of these methods has deepened my understanding and enriched my practice. Now, I combine them to offer a comprehensive, personalized approach to healing.
